JBL Tune 130NC TWS- Review, Rating, Price And Specifications 2023

JBL Tune 130NC TWS |ANC Earbuds | APP – Adjust EQ for Extra Bass | Massive 40Hrs Playtime | Legendary Sound | 4Mics for Clear Calls | BT 5.2

The JBL Tune 130 NC  TWS is an excellent example of the first type. It has a great battery life and sounds great. You can talk to others without removing headphones; they block out enough noise.

One would think that this is what a regular pair of headphones are meant to do. But you won’t be able to use cutting-edge features like in-ear detection, now a standard feature on most mid-range TWS. You must manually pause the streaming service to remove your earbuds while listening to music or watching a movie.

You can control your music with the touch controls on the earpiece, but you have to make adjustments by hand.

This means you can leave your phone in one corner of the room and still have a strong, stable wireless connection wherever you go. There won’t be much trouble or change, even with a wall between them.

If you care more about sound quality than flashy features, the JBL Tune 130 NC is a great choice. It would be best if you tried these earbuds out for sure.

The JBL Tune 130 NC is priced at Rs. 4,999 and is available via  JBL.com and Amazon India. The earbuds are available in three colours – White, Black and Blue.

JBL Tune 130NC TWS- Review, Rating, Price And Specifications 2023

JBL Tune 130NC TWS Product Description

The Tune 130 NC‘s design isn’t its best feature, but it makes it stand out. The headphones and the charging case are the same colour, and the glossy black JBL logo is easy to see. Each bud has a blue LED light, and the three white ones on the case show if the device is fully charged.

The headphones and carrying case are made of plastic but surprisingly strong. The magnet keeps the lid closed, and the buds in place are strong enough that the buds won’t fall out quickly—the cap clicks shut, which is nice.

A charging port for USB Type C devices is on the back of the carrying case. You could put it in your back pocket. The charging case and headphones, which together weigh 11 grams, are both substantial. Even though the Nothing Ear is some of the smallest and lightest headphones on the market, there was a clear difference in size and weight between them and the JBL Tune 130 NC.

The company gives you three different sizes of ear tips and a short, bright orange USB Type C cord for charging. There are a lot of printed manuals, guides, and other papers in the retail box that we don’t think are necessary.

There is no stem on the Tune 130 NC buds; all controls are outside the device. You can change how the rules work using the app that comes with your smartphone. For example, you can do different things by tapping once, tapping twice, or tapping and holding on to the earpieces. I set it up so that tapping twice on the left earbud turns on Talkthru, and tapping once on the right earbud turns off the noise. If you tap and hold the left earbud, the assistant will start to listen to your voice.

The volume was changed by pulling on the right earbud. The call control menu is automatically turned on in both earpieces when a call comes in. You can still answer calls this way, even if you don’t care about the user’s preferences. Touch sensitivity is good, but it may take some time to get used to its sensitivity.

JBL says that the buds and the case’s extra 30 hours of battery life can let you listen to music for up to 40 hours, which is quite a feat. You should expect a little less help if you use ANC often. If you still don’t have power after an hour, a quick 10-minute charge will be enough. The case doesn’t work with wireless charging, which is a shame.

The JBL app is a simple tool that lets you see how much power the case and earbuds have left, control active noise cancellation, and change the volume of background noise. You have complete control over the sound quality that’s played back. You can use one of the five presets with the program (Jazz, Vocal, Bass, Club, or Studio) or make your own and save it if you don’t like the results. Also, you can choose between Google Assistant and Alexa as your voice assistant through the app.

You can choose between audio mode, which connects reliably, and video mode, which makes video streaming as smooth as possible.

I liked the battery life and the overall quality, but the in-ear detection was something I missed. When you remove the headphones, the music or video stream doesn’t stop immediately. All earphones come with this feature, no matter how much they cost.

For the price, the JBL Tune 130 NC is a surprisingly good TWS. If you like a lot of basses, the earbuds should be what you want. When we listened to songs like “Hideaway” by Jacob Collier, “Drover” by Bill Callahan, “Chand Baaliyan,” and “Kagaz ke do pankh” or “Chaudhary” by Mame Khan, which has a lot of folk music, these earbuds made a surprisingly full sound.

When it came to bass, the earbuds did what was most important. On Jacob Collier’s Hideaway, I was very impressed by how the vocals and instruments could be heard apart. Everyone could listen to every sound and rhythm.

JBL Tune 130NC TWS Review By Online Product Report

If you don’t require top-tier active noise cancellation, JBL’s Tune 130NC earphones are a good choice for $100. They can withstand a beating, have a long battery life, and work with a helpful companion app. If you like the stem-style design of the Anker Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro and Soundcore Life P3 but don’t require as much bass, you should consider those options. Another favourite in this price range is the $79.99 Jabra Elite 3 earphones, which lack active noise cancellation but have an excellent IP55 waterproof rating, making them ideal for the gym.
