I was skeptical about this before we got it. I have seen a lot of automatic dispensers with really bad reviews. But I was feeling really hopeful that this one would work. I actually really love it. One of the best features of this product is that you don’t need to buy expensive ‘foaming’ soap to actually make foam soap with this. You can use the foaming soap, or you can use regular hand soap mixed with water. The instructions also mentioned you could use face wash too, which I thought was a really great idea. I was expecting that if I didn’t buy the premade foam soap, I would end up with ‘foam’ that was just really bubbly or something. But this produces a smooth foam, and I think it’s really cool. Not to mention, you can make your soap go a really long way with this. The only reason I knocked off a star on this is that I wish the instructions for the soap were in with the package. I had to look through the amazon page to find what I needed. At first, I was confused why the dispenser came with a measuring cup, but after reading the instructions I just assumed it was for getting the ratio just right. It still doesn’t really say. But I used it to do a 1:3 ratio of soap to water. It worked perfectly. ALSO, I strongly suggest using filtered or distilled water in this. I used our homes filtered water. Just like a humidifier, I think that if you use water that has been distilled or filtered, you’re going to extend the life of the product, get less clogging, and probably better foam as well. Not a requirement, but I highly recommend it.

If the instructions were included and a tiny bit more clear, I would absolutely give this the full stars! It’s also worth noting that this is rechargeable via USB-C, and there are three modes that you can use (each dispenses a different amount of foam, so you can choose how much you want).
